CuraVance® PHMB Dressings
CuraVance® PHMB Dressings are sterile, antibacterial wound dressings designed for optimal infection control. Infused with polyhexamethylene biguanide (PHMB), a potent antimicrobial agent, these dressings provide robust protection by killing and inhibiting the growth of a broad spectrum of bacteria, including both gram-positive and gram-negative strains. Ideal for various wound types, CuraVance® PHMB Dressings ensure a sterile, moist wound healing environment, helping to prevent infections and promote faster healing.
The PHMB antibacterial effect has been shown, through in vitro performance data, to effectively prevent bacterial colonization and proliferation within the dressing for up to 7 days.
CuraVance® Silicone PHMB Foam Dressing With Border
CuraVance® Silicone PHMB Foam Dressing With Border consists of a waterproof and vapor-permeable polyurethane top film, core layers (a super-absorbent
fiber pad, a thin non-woven pad, and an absorbent polyurethane foam pad impregnated with PHMB), a gentle perforated silicone gel wound contact layer, and a release liner. The dressing absorbs exudate, maintains a moist wound healing environment, and has highly effective antibacterial properties while offering users comfortable application, usage, and removal.
CuraVance® PHMB Foam Dressing Adhesive With Border
PHMB Foam Dressing Adhesive with Border consists of a vapor permeable and waterproof polyurethane film top layer, two core layers (A thin non-woven and absorbent polyurethane antibacterial foam pad impregnated with PHMB), and a release liner.
